Annamarie

say hi, I made this in Paris

Hi! I'm Annamarie. Marketing at Pitt (summa cum laude), then a master's in Paris, where I graduated valedictorian. Not computer science, but in the last year I've built data products, sales systems and AI agents by directing Claude Code and checking everything it makes.

Today I run go-to-market engineering at BlastPoint. Before that I was at Honeycomb Credit, where I went from intern to Chief of Staff at 27 years old. On the side: Run Relay, TribLIVE and GlobalLeadIn.

how people meet me

On a panel, in a classroom, at a founder bootcamp, or at the AI in Go-to-Market happy hour I co-host in Pittsburgh.

what I do

I find the number a buyer can't ignore, build the thing that shows it, and wire up whatever turns their reply into a meeting.

how I work

I'm intense, and I love what I do. One variable per experiment, my own numbers checked first, and everything written down so it runs without me.

How I get enterprise buyers to reply without being an engineer

public data+Claude Code=outreach nobody else is sending
  1. Start with public data. It's everywhere, and there's more of it than you think.
  2. Match it to the right person.Their title and their company, not a whole account.
  3. Customize to what they care about. Not what you care about.
Try it tonight

I'm targeting [your ICP]. What public data exists about them and their business, and what is one artifact I could build from it that would make me look like a thought leader, position me as a solution, and give me a reason to reach out?

Then keep asking. Go build something weird and cool that works.
The Provoke
a data trigger Your energy savings per customer dropped 11% while bills went up 6%. + the right persona The VP who owns that number and has to explain it to a board. =
"Wait, how do you know that?"
carrotYou're winning. Here's how to cash in.
stickYou're behind. Here's the number that proves it.
insightHuh, that's weird. Want to know why?

One variable per experiment

Change one thing, measure it, keep what wins. 60+ experiments, each written up as a playbook.

Short wins

Under 75 words, one ask, and it stands on its own. If it needs a follow-up to make sense, it wasn't finished.

AI writes from formulas, not vibes

I give the model the data point and the sentence shape, so every line is personal and every claim is true.

Check the data before you trust it

Vendor fields, dashboards and my own plans get checked against the source before anyone acts on them.

Gap, not grade

Show people the gap to the next tier instead of a score that feels like a verdict, so they have something to go do.

Opens aren't engagement

Bots open emails. I count replies, meetings and revenue.

Prototype first, then ask

I had the privilege of managing Annamarie for several years at Honeycomb Credit, and for about a year as a mentor before that, and I can say without hesitation that she is one of the most exceptional professionals I have encountered in my career.

What strikes you immediately about Annamarie is her work ethic. She approaches every challenge with ingenuity and an unbreakable spirit. No matter how many dead ends a project hit, she would regroup and throw herself fully into the next path forward. That kind of tenacity is rare, and it was a daily source of inspiration to everyone around her.

Over the course of our time together, we navigated breakthroughs and setbacks alike. Through every high and low, Annamarie showed up with the same level of dedication and creativity. She was not just a high performer; she was the kind of colleague who makes the hard things feel worthwhile. The experience at Honeycomb would have been a fundamentally different one for me had I not had the opportunity to work alongside her.

Annamarie is the absolute best, and any organization lucky enough to bring her on board will figure that out very quickly.

I recommend her without reservation.

Annamarie is unstoppable.

If you look up the word 'relentless' in the dictionary, underneath it you'll find a picture of her at her desk, completely dialed in, headphones on, and moving a dozen critical initiatives forward at once.

The first year I worked with Annamarie, she helped me develop better processes, implement new technology, and ultimately grow my sales by 300%. You can read that again, I couldn't believe it either.

She is impactful. I'd be hard-pressed to find a part of the company she didn't improve. She transformed our go-to-market organization by building tools and systems that made our account executives more effective, teaching us how to create smarter workflows, and showing us how to truly leverage our CRM and data, not just collect it, but use it to make better decisions.

She was also the first person to introduce practical, useful generative AI into our company, helping push our team into the future before most of us even realized what was possible.

Her leadership extends far beyond systems and strategy. She hired, trained, and scaled our SDR function from a single intern into a team of more than a dozen. She created opportunities, nurtured talent, and elevated the people around her. She supported marketing, customer success, investor relations, and even social media in the early days, always willing to jump in wherever she was needed.

That's what makes Annamarie so rare: she can think strategically at a high level while also getting in the trenches and solving the difficult, messy problems that come with building and growing a business.

She's honest enough to call out bad ideas, confident enough to champion good ones, and driven enough to constantly outperform the version of herself from yesterday.

Annamarie is a leader, a builder, and a force multiplier. Any team would be lucky to have her.

A breath of fresh air and a ray of sunshine! These are words that come to mind when I think of Annamarie Galante. I am thrilled to write a top recommendation for Annamarie, who reported to me during her time at Arkema in Paris. Annamarie managed several projects, in the domains of internal communications, sales enablement, and overall communication strategy for the business. She applies great rigor to every project, exceeding expectations. Interpersonally, Annamarie was a delight to work with, she gained the respect of her French colleagues in the French-speaking workplace. Annamarie's communications insight, her ability to propose solutions and adaptability, willingness-to-learn, and energy would be a wonderful addition to any team; and I am sad to see her go back to the US!
