"Working-from-home: how's it working?" : An analysis on how managers can keep their employees committed in a shift to remote work
When COVID-19 struck, organizations scrambled to shift their employees to working-from-home; 82% of employees reported feeling exhausted and burnout from telework. I set out to understand how managers could keep their employees committed in a rapid change to virtual work.
Spoiler alert: it takes a bit individualized consideration, a sprinkle of inspirational motivation, quite a bit of idealized influence, and intellectual stimulation.

The Re-Strategization of Forbes Street Market
In a Marketing Research course at the University of Pittsburgh, I took a real-world problem for a local business and conducted exploratory research to make data-based recommendations.
Spoiler alert: I chose to work with Forbes Street Market, a new local grocery market on Pitt's campus, who launched with big expectations, yet fell short. Through focus groups and two surveys, I discovered that Forbes Street Markets' products were priced too high for its target audience and recommended a food-delivery complimentary service.
