I discovered repeatable methods to booking discovery calls (initial first meetings with a Sales Manager) at Honeycomb.
 

  • Increased discovery calls by 660% from Q3 2021 to Q2 2022

  • Created formalized processes on how to book discovery calls 

  • Trained and managed 2 SDRs, leading to 40+ discovery calls scheduled in less than 3 months

  • Started a formal training program for SDRs including consistent professional development 

  • Developed reporting infrastructure for performance analysis
