I led the organization's initiative to cleaning the CRM, producing the following results:

Created a "Middle of the Pipeline" tracking system that displays a clear overview of why deals are "stalled", deal drop-off rates, and more

Condensed 18+ pipelines to 1 pipeline

Taught and onboarded the organization on how to properly track activity for optimal reporting

Eliminated 90+ duplicate properties to reduce confusion

Created 3 dashboards with new reporting/tracking systems that helped identify sales trends
