Data storage and overall CRM health was serving as an inhibitor to the organization* 

What did I do?
 

I led the organization's initiative to cleaning the CRM, producing the following results:

  • Created a "Middle of the Pipeline" tracking system that displays a clear overview of why deals are "stalled", deal drop-off rates, and more

  • Condensed 18+ pipelines to 1 pipeline 

  • Taught and onboarded the organization on how to properly track activity for optimal reporting

  • Eliminated 90+ duplicate properties to reduce confusion 

  • Created 3 dashboards with new reporting/tracking systems that helped identify sales trends
