"Working-from-home: how's it working?" : An analysis on how managers can keep their employees committed in a shift to remote work
When COVID-19 struck, organizations scrambled to shift their employees to working-from-home; 82% of employees reported feeling exhausted and burnout from telework. I set out to understand how managers could keep their employees committed in a rapid change to virtual work.
Spoiler alert: it takes a bit individualized consideration, a sprinkle of inspirational motivation, quite a bit of idealized influence, and intellectual stimulation.
